Why is it beneficial to purchase my software by June
30th vs. purchasing in
December?
There are many benefits
of purchasing your software program earlier in the season but a
couple big reasons are pricing and convenience. Early in
the season our price for our program is the lowest it will be
all year long. Get the most savings by purchasing early!
Also, tax professionals usually have a stream of money flow left
over from the previous tax season so it gives preparers a chance
to purchase their program for less and when they have the cash
flow. We don't switch programs so you can have a
piece of mind.
Does Ultimate
Tax Service have a Payment Plan available?
The answer is
yes! We do have a payment plan available for
those who wish to Lock in their
price for their software but pay at a later date. There is
a non-refundable fee of $39.95 that is accessed
to your package. This fee is the only amount you have to
put down at the time of purchase. You will then have all
the way until November 30, 2012 to pay the
remaining balance! Ask your Account Manager for more
details.
Is an EFIN required to purchase your program?
No an EFIN is not
required to purchase our programs. A Non-E-filer
fee of $50 will be charged if no EFIN is entered when ordered.
If the tax professional then obtains their EFIN, the $50 fee
will be applied towards their first approved e-files depending
on the amount of their e-file fees at the time of purchase.

Can I convert my
files from my previous software into your program?
Absolutely! Our
programs will have conversions from most of the other
professional tax programs available. For a full list of

Will this
program work on my MAC? What are the system requirements?
No, this program is
NOT compatible with MAC. The main system
requirements for our programs are as followed:

Is your software compatible with Windows 8?
Currently our 2012 edition will be compatible with
Windows 8, but any previous years, will not.
At this time, it is recommended that any
installation of Windows 8 happen after the tax
season has ended for the 2012 season.
What kind of
training do you have available?
Here at Ultimate Tax
Service we offer multiple training options. From our one
on one training sessions with our customers, an archive of
training videos and sample practice returns. You will also
receive training material (Quick Start Guides and Manuals) for
each program you purchase. We also have our
Ultimate Tax University that is FREE to all of our
Ultimate Tax users.
Does your software have an option of being a Paperless Office?
Yes! Our UltimateCL has the options available to
make your office a new Paperless Office! UltimateCL has
the ability to have an Electronic Signature pad as well as a 2D
Barcode Scanner. These are all additional items for
purchase but imagine not having any documents from your clients
in folders but inside the return itself! Use the 2D
Barcode Scanner to scan in documents as well as a camera to take
pictures or copies of verification (SSN cards, Drivers License)
from your clients.
